Hi Adobe, This ticket is current marked Closed/Fixed but isn't fixed. This doc was to "Please update that page encoding is supported to cfm as well using pageencoding processing directive.", but that wasn't done at all. That doc still says "Character encoding using pageencoding processing directive is not supported for CFM files." The doc should probably say "Character encoding using pageencoding processing directive is not supported for CFM files, so in CFM files use the cfprocessingdirective tag's pageEncoding attribute." And then, once CF-3712167 is fixed, the note should be changed to indicate that the pageencoding processing directive (and/or cfprocessingdirective(pageencoding="")) -is- supported in .cfm. Thanks!, -Aaron
