Is there any valid use case for this enhancement?

Come on, Uday: same for any function that takes a list: the "data" might have a comma in it. Aside: you (Adobe) really need to stop using lists as a pseudo-data-type. Use arrays instead for ordered data. -- Adam

Looks like a valid scenario. We will look into it

Good for Adam to keep on this! I'd totally forgotten about it, and I've forgotten my MikeyDawg logon too. Adam's right, I am creating a list of columns/rows, and they are titles which might include commas, or single or double quotes. We should be able to declare the delimiter for that reason. Adobe needs to be more consistent...another thing that always defies logic is sometimes it's to: and other times it's startrow. Silly.
