Problem Description:

Ran installer, and selected "Start ColdFusion on system init" but no start script was added to /etc/init.d/

Steps to Reproduce:

Run installer and select Start ColdFusion on system init

Actual Result:

Doesn't add init script, install was otherwise successful:

Installation: Successful.

Expected Result:

Expect it to add the init script when "Start ColdFusion on system init" is checked.

Any Workarounds:

You can run cf-init.sh but there is also a bug in that script, which I am going to add as a separate bug.
