Problem: In CF admin > Server Update > Updates > Available updates, 'Check for updates' button is not in sync with the notification bulb.

To refresh the no. of updates in the notification bulb, we have re-login in the CF admin.

Notification bulb will be shown only when auto check is enabled. Whenever that is enabled, the notification will now be in sync with actual updates shown on page. (Comment added from ex-user id:sandeepp)
