Problem Description: Attempting to perform any action on an instance in the instance manager using the chrome browser
Steps to Reproduce:
Open the CFIDE Administrator and go to the Instance manager using Google Chrome. Attempt to start a second instance
Actual Result:
This message is displayed: There was an error accessing this page. Check logs for more details. Click here to login
Expected Result:
The instance would start and the icon should be updated to reflect the running state.
Any Workarounds:
It works fine in Safari and Firefox.
