I have the same issue on Windows 7 32-bit version running Apache. I previously had CF10 on the computer, but it was completely removed before installing CF11. CF11 version 11,0,0,289822 developer edition that was downloaded on 5/8/2014

Turns out to be a caching problem in Chrome. Cleared the cache and all is well.

Thanks, Pegasus. It was a caching problem. All was well once I cleared the cache.
