Problem Description:
When installing CF11 the second step after the installer in the CFIDE requires you to log in. If you do not have Javascript enabled and try to log in you will receive an error stating your password is incorrect when in fact it may not be, its just that JS is required for the login to work.
Steps to Reproduce:
Disable javascript or attempt to install on a windows server without disabling IE secure profile (which disables javascript), and try to login and you will get an incorrect password error even if you have the correct password
Actual Result:
error about invalid password
Expected Result:
being able to login
Any Workarounds:
enable javascript
