Problem Description: Cold Fusion 11 was installed and worked perfectly for 3 weeks. It was a new install. On Friday the service was stopped and it will not restart. No updates of any kind were performed on the server - no windows updates, no java updates, no antivirus/security updates, no cold fusion updates - nothing. per - Anit Kumar Panda - Launch Command prompt as Administrator, Browse to cf_root\cfusion\bin and run the following command coldfusion.exe -start -console This will start a user level instance of ColdFusion, but the Windows Service still will not start.
