Problem:
FileOpen function fails when filename contains a % character
Method:Run the test case attached

Result:Throws an exception :
"The cause of this exception was: org.apache.commons.vfs2.FileSystemException: Invalid URI escape sequence "%me"..
An error occurred when performing a file operation create on file s3://cfqa.bug/%message.txt."

Expected:
Creates a file with name %message.txt

fileWrite() also fails to write a file to S3 if the name contains a % character. Does a separate ticket need filed? Thanks!, -Aaron

We've modified the bug title to include fileWrite as well, so no separate ticket is required.

The fix for this bug is available in the pre-release build of ColdFusion 11 Update 5
