Problem Description:
All services that uses locale information crashses when de OS is Brazilian Portuguese 

Steps to Reproduce:
Install ColdFusion Server on Any server thats is Portuguese Brazilian
Access Coldfusion Administrator and access colection, the error will come

Actual Result:
en_BR must be one of the ColdFusion supported locales

Expected Result:
en_BR must be replaced to pt_BR localle

Any Workarounds:
Buy a OS thats run on English

This will happen on any Brazilian server thats setted up to run on native language.

I add my vote, because the developers in Brazil use PT- BR OS on their machines . If the error is not corrected , we Brazilian developers we can't test the CF11 in our machines.

+1. Am not Brazilian, but this is just a schoolboy error from Adobe. And the last thing CFneeds is to not work properly in a market the size of Brazil.

en_BR can not be one of the supported locales, as it is invalid, hence removing it This error can be reproduced by the following invalid setting: when user has specified English as the user language and Brazil as the user country in the arguments given to VM in jvm.config Thus CF tries to look for en_BR as the locale which causes it to fail.

Estou com o mesmo problema. O pior é que a empresa adquiriu a pouco tempo o CF11. Ela está programando a atualização dos servidores e precisamos urgente desta solução.
