Problem Description:After updating hotfix 14 on windows 2008 R2, all schedule tasks are not firing. Clicking Run Schedule tasks in the Admin doesn't do anything. However, scheduler.log is showing that tasks was triggered. Http.log is showing request completed. Mailsent.log doesn't show anything. If you copy/paste/run the task via url, it works as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:Create a page that sends an email. Add it as a schedule task. Run the task.

Actual Result:Logged as fired, completed. No mail sent

Expected Result:Mail sent.

Any Workarounds:Rollback to update 13.

Comments:

We restrict access to our tasks pages in IIS 7.5 via IP access restrictions. Task pages are only allowed to run when called from the server IP address. In CF Update 13, IIS logs the CFSCHEDULE task request remote ip as the server IP. In CF Update 14, IIS logs the CFSCHEDULE task request with a different internal ip, not the server ip, thus IIS denies access to the task page. Long story short, cfhttp calls on the server previously reported the server IP address as the remote address. This is no longer the case with Update 14. With update 14 the remote IP address reported was not what was expected (server IP address) and IIS blocked access to the task page. This will most likely affect any users who are using cfhttp (tasks) restricted via IP address. Removing IP access restriction allows tasks to complete properly.
