<p>Anyone know why my Server Updates page has quit showing the installer or updates pane? I was able to apply previous updates to 2016 so not sure why it’s just decided to quit working.</p>

Are you saying you don't see tabs for installed update and settings also? If so, then "what changed" is likely that you or someone else changed the cf admin setting for "default script src", so that what is happening is your browser is having javascript errors for not reaching the correct scripts folder within cf's wwwroot. There needs to be a virtual directory in your web server (iis or apache) for whatever the value is, AND one is needed in cf's built-in web server (which the cf admin uses) if that value above is set to other than the default of  /cf_scripts/ scripts/. Note that if IT IS some other value, and you change it back to the default (to fix this), then you need to change the virtual directory in you external web server. I need to do a blog post with more on this, on what goes wrong in this case, how to spot it, how to rectify it, the pros and cons. But let us know if this gets you going. If this is NOT the issue, check to make sure there were no errors in the install of the most recent CF update.
