We run on Windows servers and use URLRewrite in IIS to redirect. https://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/url-rewrite

Ok thanks for the update for <a href="http://www.lyricsfed.com" rel="nofollow">Song lyrics</a> Website. I was earlier having a huge problem. I installed a Plugin OF https through cloudflare which helped me to sort out my problem.
