ColdFusion license are one time purchase. The Support contract and upgrade plans have yearly charges.  Please send an email to <a href="mailto:cf.install@adobe.com," rel="nofollow">cf.install@adobe.com,</a> with your name, Phone number, institution name and location. I can ask one of the re-seller to contact you with edu discount.
